Friday, July 4 - Night ITT
2:00pm - Camping sites open & pre-riding opens (see "Lodging" section for more info)
The farm opens for the weekend at 2pm. Please respect the property owners & do not arrive earlier than 2pm. SEE FARM RULES
4:30pm-8:30pm - Number and timing chip pick-up & on-site registration (Don't do it, Pre-reg at www.bikereg.com)
5:00pm - Dinner opens
6:30pm - VisitPA.com Clinic
8:30pm - Individual Time Trial (ITT) Pre-race meeting
First rider at dark (dark is decided by race promoter - about 9PM)
Riders @ :30 second intervals til everyone goes

Saturday, July 5 - XC
7:00am - Breakfast opens
8:00am-2:00pm - Registration open (www.bikereg.com - please!)
9:00am - XC run start (1 lap - approx. 7 miles)
9:50am - Endurance & Beginner XC Staging and Pre-race meeting
10:00am - Endurance XC Race Start (6 hours)
10:05am - Beginner XC Race Start (1 lap)
10:30am - Kids' nature hike (30-45min.)
11:30am - Lunch opens
11:50am - Sport XC Staging and Pre-race meeting
12:00pm - Sport XC Race Start (2 laps)
12:20pm(ish) - Beginner XC Awards (5-10 min after the start of the last Sport XC wave)
2:00pm - Registration closes
2:20pm - Elite/Expert XC Staging and Pre-race meeting
2:30pm - Elite/Expert XC Race Start (3 laps)
3:00pm - Kids' scavenger hunt
4:00pm - Endurance Race Finish
5:00-5:30pm - Pro/Expert Race Finish
5:30pm - Dinner opens
6:00pm - Awards Ceremony for all categories for ITT and XC (see Prizes for details, must be present for award but not medal)
7:00pm(ish) - Trials and Bike Polo, Beverages begin to flow (Free, but you MUST HAVE ID)
9:00pm - Live Music and Bonfire
11:00pm - Lights out and shuddup.IF YOU DO NOT RETURN YOUR TIMING CHIP FOR ANY REASON

Sunday, July 6 - HC & STXC
7:00am - Breakfast opens
8:00am - Registration Opens (closes at 10am, must register by 8:30 for hill climb)
8:45am - Beginners meet at start/finish for ride to Beginner Hill Climb Start (beginners get a shorter course with a different start point)
8:50am - Hill Climb staging, beginners ride slowly to their start location
9:00am - Mass Start Hill Climb - all categories
10:00am - Registration closes
10:00am(ish) - Slow Race heats and finals
11:00am - Beginner B STXC - 20 minutes
11:30am - Beginner A STXC - 20 minutes
11:30am - Lunch opens
12:00pm - Sport B STXC - 20 minutes
12:30pm - Sport A STXC - 20 minutes
1:00pm - Kids XC (on STXC course) (ages 12 & under)
1:30pm - Expert B STXC - 25 minutes
2:00pm - Expert A STXC - 30 minutes
2:30pm - Cars can return to campsites for loading
3:00pm - Awards Ceremony for HC, STXC, and Overall Classification (see Prizes for details)
3:30pm - Campers will be able to leave the venue (see camping rules)IF YOU DO NOT RETURN YOUR TIMING CHIP FOR ANY REASON
