Stage Race Lodging & Food

CAMPING
First and foremost, we will be limiting the number of campers so we don't overrun the farm. We are estimating it at around 80 sites -- a site equals one tent or RV. Note that if you camp and park inside the race course (main venue camping area) you will not be able to drive that vehicle from the venue until Sunday's races are complete. You may however drop your stuff off at your campsite and then park in the regular race parking lot (instead of parking in the camping parking lot) and come and go as you please. Again - park inside the course and you're stuck with me 'til Sunday afternoon, park outside and get away at will.

Camping Ammenities:
Drinkable, running water will be available. Toilets will be Port-o-pots. Showers - bring your SunShowers! We'll likely have an honest-to-goodness shower system but they'll be lukewarm/cold, and if that doesn't happen there is a pond and a creek for you and your soap-on-a-rope.

1. Pre-register for a campsite on www.bikereg.com if you plan to camp. It will be the only way to guarantee a campsite. Any remaining sites will be given away on a first come - first served basis starting Friday, June 30.

2. Camping fees are $10/site/night. A site is defined as one tent or RV. You will get a camping tag that must be displayed on your tent/RV.

3. There are a number of different camping areas. If you are planning to camp inside the main venue area next to the start/finish you must have your car unloaded and moved to parking by 8:00PM on Friday.

4. To allow more people the opportunity to camp near the start/finish in the main venue camping area, no cars will be permitted in this camping area. We will have a campers' parking lot in very close proximity to the camp area where all campers may park their vehicles (or you can park them in the regular race parking lot which would allow you to leave the venue).

5. The main venue camping area set-up will work in the following manner. You will drive into the camp area and drop your camping materials off at your site. You will then drive your car to the parking area immediately so that we can keep the flow of traffic moving as we are expecting a high turnout. You may then walk back to your campsite to continue set-up. You will be reminded of this when you arrive at the venue. This is not applicable for all other camping areas.

6. We will not be taking special requests for campsite locations, the campsite will be filled from the back to the front to facilitate the flow of traffic.

7. RVs, pop-ups, and additional campsites will be located in the upper camping area slightly removed from the start/finish line (but still pretty close). Tent campers may use this area as well if a slightly less congested camping area is desired or once the main venue camping fills. Additional campsites are located in other areas-- if you choose to camp you do not have to camp at the main venue campsite even if there are spots left.

8. Some campsites will be available for those of you interested in camping and arriving on Saturday. Again, register on Bikereg.com if you are planning to camp. If you are planning to arrive on Sat. and camp you will not be able to bring your vehicle to the campground parking area and will be required to park in the regular race parking lot and hoof your stuff in from there. Some camping is available close to the regular race parking lot and you are certainly welcome to camp in those locations.

9. Campers age 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

10. Please read the FARM RULES below.
